Basketball recruiting?

Is there any info on who we could be recruiting out there anywhere? Or is it just the regular "O'Bryant, Isaac," or is there anyone else out there?

I don't think LSU is officially recruiting anyone else for 2011 because there are no more scholarships, but is just keeping in contact with players and keeping their name out there in case someone quits, transfers, etc. I don't think any names will surface until maybe after the season is over and only if there is some attrition.
There is also the possibility that Chris Bass could give up his scholarship, but that would only give us one less scholarship for 2012.

Speaking of basketball recruiting....what's y'alls take on Felix?

I think he is good, but not elite. LSU is recruiting several elite point guards for 2012 that they may or may not have a chance at.
They waited a while to offer Felix, presumably feeling out their status with the other PGs.

If LSU basketball is seriously looking at u highs 5-10 130 pound point guard seriously then i dont like the direction things are going. No disrespect to him but i played against him this year and yeah hes a good ball player but college caliber let alone D-1 college id say theirs no way... He told us LSU was recruiting him and none of us believed him. And again no disrespect to him i just dnt think he is LSU caliber and that hes a dime a dozen as far as point guards go. Ive played against much better.Tifwiw

No I was checking out Bridgewater's stats on the advocate the other day and saw that kid and started looking at his stuff and the kid just seems like a 35 point machine and I had no clue who he was. 5'10" 150 lb. white kid? Not what I expected but kid can ball based on his scoring.

No some kid with the last name Stanley. Just saw his stats on the advocate and it said C. Stanley. Never heard of him until now.

No some one just asked if we had heard of him. Just a soph. Long way to go.

TJ was out of town for two days on a recruiting trip per The Advocate a few days ago. He commented that he was always open to signing someone else in the spring even when he is currently maxed out on scholarhips for next season. The clear implication was that if he could get the right guy then he would not renew one of the present scholarship players. That's the right mindset when you have a team that's struggling IMO. He also spoke to the high degree of injuries that he's dealt with in his tenure at LSU.

C Stanley is actually Chase Stanley from U-high. He is 6'1 and 170 pounds. I'm not sure who the Dylan kid is, but I've been to a ton of U-high games this year and he's been putting up 30 pounds a ton, which is pretty amazing since almost every team in their district has played a box and one against him or been double and triple teaming him.
He's put up 30 points 14 times (which is exactly half their games) so far, and even broke the U-high single game scoring record this year with 47 points. Thats a pretty big accomplisment considering the talent to come out of that school (Big Baby and Collis Temple in the past 8 years). He's also leading his team in points, assists, rebounds, steals, etc.
Regarding the earlier statement about Bridgewater, in three matchups this year he's outscored and outplayed Bridgewater twice. In each of those games, Bridgewater guarded Stanley and he still put up monster numbers (36 and 34) against what is considered to be a top college prospect.
While I don't think LSU is actively recruiting him at this time (I mean, why would they want a kid shooting 85% from the free throw line and around 50% from the field and three point lines), I do know that he's received interest so far from ACC and Big 12 schools as well as a few of the in state schools.
His biggest obstacle in recruiting is that he's only played for U-high for two seasons and in his junior year he was basically asked to distribute the ball only and not to score.
