Yes, and I am fine with that. I have gone to several meets the last few years and it is an awesome atmosphere. The energy in the building is contagious.
There is an incredible collection of talent on that team and there have been some electrifying performances. As Bum Phillips once said, this year they knocked on the door of the national championship , next year they are gonna kick that sumbitch in. Gymnastics has become a happening at LSU.
Now we need to bring back the PMAC to that level for both basketball programs.

That mentioning a nationally elite gymnastics program with so very few meets shouldn't be compared to Basketball average attendance as some sort of shaming tool.
Pretty sure hoops also outdrew baseball this year as well.
