What's the deal with this kid?

Last report said he loved his LSU visit and was torn on his decision.

He announced AnM at the all star game, but I remember seeing a quote and/or report that he wasn't ready to commit and only said AnM as to appease the Army All-American game folks that were allowing him to announce on TV.

Did he ever come back for a visit? Are we even still recruiting him?

Maybe it was Lopez that said something along the lines of "don't be surprised to see Iheanacho end up at LSU as he really loved it there".

Seems like there has been nothing on him since that announcement.

I'm guessing he gone ?

He'll sit on A&M's bench.

I think I've seen some reports where he is recruiting for A&M now. That was a while back

Sometimes you make a poor decision even though you felt it was right. You still have to deal with the consequences.

This is just a guess, but it seems like we got into it with Porter soon after all the buzz with Nacho got quiet. He is probably all TAMU, which forced the staff to look elsewhere.

I think that was just a bunch of rumors. He seemed to give us a look but was all A&M from early in the process.

You base that on what exactly?

The fact that A&M returns 1 starter at WR?
The fact that A&M has 12 total receivers (including the 2014 class) in an offense that runs 4-5 wide?

Those reports about him considering a switch were baseless.

He was in CS two weeks ago on his OV along with the other commits and major targets. Sumlin made sure Frank helped host Kenny Young.
