It's still way early in the process. There are spring evals, summer camps, offers to come and the coming football season. The recruiting services will revise their list a few times between now and then.

yeah, i mean guys will be moved up and down until next febuary. Dont worry about it, our staff has proven time and time again that they know how to evaluate players. This region i stacked, and the rankings wont matter at the end of the day.

Dupre, Willis, Jones, possibly Washington if he bulks up and hones his blocking abilities.

After going back and forth with Gerry Hamilton I think Brandon Harris will get a huge bump when it is all said and done. He is rated as a 89 right now might get up to the 94 range.

Move from 4-star to 5-star:

I would say Dupre could find his way into 5-star status, based purely on his physical skills. I think he would have to run in the 4.45 range or better.

I also think Quinn could jump all the way up there, if he can show out in a couple of national camps. Like with Dupre, Quinn's chances will hinge on his 40 time, and his ability to beat DBs during one-on-one drills. And it wouldn't hurt to grow another inch either. Seriously, I do not see much difference between Quinn and Landry - and Landry was a consensus 5-star.

And of course, Willis has to be considered. He is on the cusp of 5-star status already.

3-star to 4-star:

I think McDowell is the most obvious choice. He has tools, the recruiting services just need to project what he could do with some additional beef.
