I hope so, but I think he will need to be Moffitized before making a big impact for us

I was really happy to pick Nick Bosa. Picked his older brother Joey a few years ago and he will be a top 5 pick this NFL draft. One of my favorite players I have picked since this thing began. Nick doesn't seem quite as big and athletic, but is more polished at this stage than his brother was. Continuing the Bosa family tradition for the Buckeyes and Team DLD.

I pick Baylor WR Devin Duvernay.

Surest thing in the draft, that speed playing for Briles he's guranteed to dominate the Big12

OBUDan selects:

Jacob Eason, QB, Georgia

I'm not sold on the Kirby Smart experiment in Athens, and I'd feel even better about this pick if Richt was still in town, but I think Eason has the best tools of any QB in this class. Good, big frame. Live arm, and all that. But he needs polish. He throws well under pressure, if you watch his tape, despite being behind a porous OL.

Even without Richt, I like Jim Chaney as a mentor. Eason may wind up becoming a starter this year, sort of like my 1st pick last year, Josh Rosen.

All your 5 star QBs belong to us.

Jacob Eason,

I actually pissed that he fell this far. I was selecting between Little and Eason for my pick. Great pick Danny boy.

I think this is the key. He has all of the tools, but if he gets thrown into the fire right away, it's going to be really tough on him. He will really struggle going through reads and complex offenses early in his career. Their high school offense was pretty simple as far as him having to go through progressions.

If he can survive those initial struggles, I think he can be a stud.

That's what I thought when I drafted Robbie Rhodes

Yeah, I'm weary of him being thrown into the fire too early, which he almost certainly will.

Same thing with Drew Lock last year at Missouri, except his Oline, save for one guy, was pretty bad. And for whatever reason, his Offensive Coordinator continually placed him in terrible situations and refused to run the ball.

Eason should get better coaching at UGA.
