If he was ranked lower, I probably would have assumed that he would last longer. I use the rankings to help with the rough draft of my board and to guess where players will be picked, but then I target lots of specific players based on certain criteria. He meets the criteria that I use to target players and research more about, so he definitely would have still been one of my targets.

I was watching his highlights during last years draft and he was one of the very first players I put on my board. I had him set to pick in the 5th round and I knew when he got bumped in all the rankings i would have to sweat it out

That's the thing with this draft though..... if you want someone, go get him. I really wanted to select Rahssan Thornton, and had a feeling that he could still be there in the 4th, but I wasn't taking that chance. If you feel that greatly about a player, it isn't reaching.
Like last year, you chose White in the first and we all said that although it was a good pick, you could've gotten him later. Honestly, who's to say?! I've had so many players ripped from me in the round I was planning to draft them in it isn't funny. It just comes down to taking the players you want. In the first couple of rounds, it's seeing who may fall to your pick and who you have graded there. After that, it's pretty much just the guys you've been targeting anyway.
