Welcome Mr. Gibson, good luck to your boy.

can't blame a guy for trying to get his boy out there! I'm not the dad...trying to help get his film out there. For a soph. O-Lineman he's actually one of the best around here.

I like his film. Good hips, quick feet, nice hand placement, and he has a mean streak. If he can put on good weight and maintain his athletism, he will make a very nice guard in college. Possibly a center. He could put on another inch or 2 and make a fine tackle.

Don't think he will be a major prospect at tackle. He is barefoot 6'3 and still growing but will not get over 6'5. He has zero fat so putting on weight is difficult for him but when he puts it on it's pretty solid. He could def. play center. His dad played safety at the naval academy and mom was a star D1 volleyball player. He's still growing. Thanks for the thoughts.

Can he catch too? Maybe TE is in his future.

How quick is he? He may be better off as a TE, DE or FB depending on his speed and hands.
The best advice I think anyone can give you is to have him attend as many camps as possible. If he makes an impression at camp, he will likely get noticed by coaches and scouting services.
Best of luck to him!

Like Suntiger said, get him some camps asap and he will not only learn alot about football, but what he needs to do to get to that next level. Nice foundation so far.

There's a really huge kid at Denim Springs. That is either a frosh or sophomore. He was at LSU's camp last summer.

Really huge is an understatement. That kid massive. He has surprisingly good feet for a kid that big. Prob not a tackle because he's not as athletic as a OT in the big league needs to be...but he'd make a great guard. He's huge.
