Hasn't he been the #4 overall player on Scout for a while now? At least a couple of weeks and I think maybe even longer.

I thought he was at 11 on scout?

Who cares? We've got his sister, we've got the track program, we got the DBU and we got the championships . A&M can only match one of those, Bama can only match one too. It's a no brainer.

ETA: Oh and here's another thing, Beaumont is only 6 less minutes to College Station than Baton Rouge. And that's not accounting for the traffic in Houston. So it's actually an easier trip from Beaumont to Baton Rouge. We got distance on our side too.

He was at one point, but he got moved up to 4th after their update around a month ago.
