Sounds like he's LSU bound to me.

Barring injury, I don't see how JOB III sticks around for his SR year. Hell, he may not be arounf for his JR year (fingerscrossed). So in reality, the 2 deep in 2014 should be:

PG - Hickey/Quartermann/Collins
SG - Morgan/Quartermann/Incoming FR
SF - Hammick/incoming FR (can Mickey play 3 in spots?)
PF - Martin/Mickey
C - Odo/Malone/incoming FR

Martin will likely play 3

Mostly happy that Texas isn't there.

Martin and Mickey are both interchangeable at the 3 and 4 IMO.

I would put Quarterman at the 1 and 3 over the 1 and 2. He's more of a take it to the basket guy, not a 3 point shooter.

He took an unofficial visit to LSU for the Ole Miss game. I know his top three but I'm not telling

Now b/c it's printed in the paper and since he has come out with the quote, maybe y'all believe me now when I told the board it was a very, very good sign when Martin signed on with LSU.

I thought from the video/article it was pretty obvious, UCLA, Oklahoma, LSU.

Ok, I'll share...

this is just my opinion, I'm more worried about UF than anyone else on that list

it wasn't discussed, but they are starting to lay some serious foundation work

I will also go out on a limb and say if Victor selects LSU, Martin will not be a one and done. They will play together.

If Craig Commits this summer & Dante Exum commits to LSU is there a chance Ben Simmons reclassify to join this class?

I didnt see Martin as a 1 and done either, especially considering next year's draft will be stacked. Unless he comes out with Tyrus Thomas-like athleticism...which is always possible. But unlikely.

I hope victor chooses lsu,I've been watching him for a couple of years. I like his game and This is really the first time I've listened to an interview. Kid seems to have his shite straight and Seems like a good kid. I hope he chooses lsu, would be nice to get a pipeline going as well.

You are greatly underestimating his skill level. Martin is athletic as hell. Two things he needs to work on is his strength and his ball handling. He'll be damn near unstoppable if he can improve in those areas especially playing the 3 in the college game.

Which would be a bigger get, Martin or Victor?

He better keep it on straight. We'll whoop his arse if he doesn't

His dad, his mom, grandmother, me, grandfather, a few more cousins....all of us will get in his arse if we see him slipping up. There won't be any JJ or Ricky shite going on with him.

But yeah, he's a good kid. I'm proud of him.

Martin or Victor

Martin is 2013
Victor is 2014

In my opinion they will compliment each other very well if they play together. Each is a huge get for their respective classes

Yeah I knew they were separate classes. But I haven't seen any tape of victor and I remember when Martin committed it was a huge deal. Really hope victor stays home

I dont think I'm underestimating his athletic ability by simply saying if he doesn't have Tyrus Thomas-like athleticism he will stay more than 1 year in college man

Tyrus Thomas had unmatched athletic ability considering he was 6'9, Martin is only 6'7-6'8, so he's already kind of that SF/PF tweener. I'm not saying any of this makes him a worse player by any means, but it does mean he's less draftable than a super athletic 6'9 guy in what will be a loaded up draft.

If Hickey & martin stay's the 2014-15 lineup should be

Pg- Hickey / Quartermann /Collins
SG- Morgan / Exum/Cornish
SF- Mickey/ Hammick/
PF- Martin/Victor
C- Odo/Malone/Thompson
