Seriously, please listen. No one on here can give you an accurate est as to when power will be back on at your house. The next street might get it and you wont. I doubt the lineman working could tell you that. It will be on as soon as possible. The better the weather, the faster itll be back.

If you don't like my question dont answer back. Everyone is already stressed we don't need dicks who think they know everything telling us answers. Simple response would be "NO"

Good luck

What about my response was dickish? What I am telling you is the truth, and I'm just trying to be realistic and give you more info than "No."

And I do happen to know a lot more than you, especially in this particular case in that particular location.

Waterford is trying to get back up and running and on the grid. Entergy is going to go out and work out simply problems first, then complex stuff. Just because you don't see anything close to you, ie: trees on lines, poles snapped, doesn't mean it is not a serious problem.

Once they get the small issues fixed and locate the major problems, you'll start to see est restoration times show up on the website.

And the linemen working wont be able to give you any indication of when you power will be back on. Thats not their job. They are dispatched to locations with specific problems to fix. A lineman you see working on one street may not have the slightest idea what the lineman you see on another street is doing.
