it makes perfect sense....Hollygrove, the Calliope, and the St Thomas all have power. They would rather keep them in the hood than have them looting all over town
Also, there is a substation smack dab in the middle of Hollygrove, so thats good reason why.

Two different trucks have been working on my street today within a block from my house. They worked at different times on different poles. Still no power. This will be my third night sleeping naked and sweating gallons.

Just got back from a walk around Lakeview and contrary to what entergy map says, no power on the streets bounded by Filmore/Harrison and canal/argone and all the trucks look to be gone for the night. Starting to doubt we get this shite by tomorrow night.
