They should be able to get in check the LP thread for some pics that I put up of the Diversion. Water is really up about 3.5' from yesterday. Hwy 16 between Amite River bridge (near French Settlement) and HWY 22/16 intersection had water at the edge of the road this morning.

They are shutting 22 down in head of island. The river is starting to come over the road

It'll be shut down from 22 @ 16 in head of island to killian. Just passed through there and it was very sketchy. Water on most of the road and rising.

You shouldn't have any issues getting to diversion unless the camp is near hilltop.

Old Ferry rd just past Hilltop rd (at the woods) is covered with water and if it still passible it won't be for long.

You can get to Hilltop but not past it on Old Ferry.

Here is HWY 22 a little past the fire station. Cars can barely make it through. I was in the driveway of the house across the river from us.

I just drove down the southern most part of Hwy 16 between Head of Island and French Settlement. Hwy 16 south of the Amite River bridge had about 3" of water over the road for about 400 yards. If the water keeps coming up I would not be surpised to see this shut down...

River Rat Rob's report on Facebook indicate that the Amite has crested in French Settlement and starting to slowly drop. Another post indicates that ther was a 2" drop in water in Maurepas.
