Heard from a friend just now who drove down to his camp in Grande Isle. Said there was no apparent damage and the island looked better than expected. About 2 feet of water under his camp. Didn't reach inside. No major wind damage. I saw a couple threads asking earlier today. Here's to hoping everyone else finds the same fortunate outcome.

Read the same type of info on facebook today. They said a few electric poles were down, but overall Grand Isle did really good!

Road washed out partially in many sections. All property owners are allowed on island to collect belongs only. No access from Forchon to Grand Isle to public for at least 2 weeks.
