Why was my avatar photo removed?

My avatar photo was deemed not appropriate but it followed all babe thread rules. It was a bikini top with no genitalia visible. Not trying to be a prick, just wondering why? Here is photo for reference

I've sen avatars removed because there is too much skin showing, even if it followed the rules. Was it within the size requirements?

Yes. I was up last night when I changed it. Looked just now and gone. PM says not appropriate

UPDATED Babe Image Rules: Images should not contain the following:
Nudity or strategically covered nudity
Sheer or see-through clothing
Lewd or provocative poses
Sexually explicit acts
Close-ups of breasts, buttocks, or crotches
Also, threads that contain acceptable babe images should have "NSFW"
(Not Safe For Work) in the title.
Do not link to acceptable images that originate from porn sites or sites that contain adult content. We suggest you use an image hosting site to host your image before posting them here.

Once it gets fixed, I would suggest rehosting it on a different site.
I very much recommend imgur. It's very easy to use with the format they have, completely free, no bandwidth limit and they never ever crash.
