Admins, is it safe to assume you can see who upvotes/downvotes posts? If so, why is nothing being done about whoever keeps downvoting every single post in the majority of threads on the main boards?

I don't pay attention to the votes because it requires an extra click on mobile. However, I like posting in the vote related threads, and I do like letting someone know when I've downvoted them because it requires extra effort to make that downvote.

Never said about anything against the person. shite they could get rid of the entire function all-together for all I care.
They are so anal about a lot of things on this board such as only posting emoticons, IM's, and derailing threads. Wondered why this wasnt one of them.
