Seven Costanza needs admin help

Seven Costanza has again asked me to intervene on his behalf. He cannot sign in because the message says "wrong password." However, when he goes to the link for people who have forgotten their password and is given a temporary password, the temporary password doesn't work. There is also no Seven Costanza on the Member List. What is going on?
