Screen positioning

Recently, at random times when I am reading TD on my phone, the whole display will be shifted over to the left, which cuts off about 3 letters on the left side of the page, while leaving a big blank margin on the right.
Also, when this happens, I am unable to scroll to the top of the page.
What is going on?
