i would post your problem and see what people recommend. maybe include said doctor in your post and see if people have gone to him/her. after the you have aids comments you will probably get some legit responses

i dont have a problem with him, he is the doctor that is supposed to pull my wisdom teeth was going to see if anyone had used him and if he was any good
