pictures in threads dont show up? (HELP)

I posted some pictures in a thread on the OB, but when I try an look at them on my work PC, they dont show up. It doesnt give me a message or anything, its just not there. Actually, most pictures on here including the pics on the bottom and side of the name rarely show. How can i fix this?
