Pages seem to be zoomed in when loaded

At random times it seems the page is in a zoom mode when it is loaded. Rather a thread or the board's home page.

Yea, posted in another HB thread a week or so back. Emailed screen caps too.
I would assume they're working on it, or ignoring me completely. Leaning towards the latter.

I have this problem more than half the time I click something. It's incredibly annoying. Been going on a couple weeks now.

Okay, here's the story (I forget you refuse to update your OS on your phone). This problem has been going on for weeks but it wasn't annoying enough for me to actually complain about.
On mobile...

Safari with updated OS
About 20% of the time when I click on a new board or into a new thread, it looks like this on my phone (zoomed in too much).
When it should look like this....

It looks like it's switching between mobile and desktop, but of you scroll to the bottom it says it indicates you're still in mobile.

Yeah...all the time. Also having to reload pages regularly. On Chrome.

Strictly a phone issue for me. I have iPhone 6 with latest software. I'll click a thread or board and get this.
So then I have to zoom out to get to this in order to see everything.
At that point, I can either squint and operate in this zoomed out version or click refresh to get this.
So basically 50% of the time I click something, I have to click it twice for it to show up right.
