Can someone please give me some information on how to post a picture?

If it is a pic that is already hosted online, copy the URL, click the img button to the right, paste the URL, and click ok. I always preview my post to make sure the pic works.
If it's on your phone, download the photobucket app (or any if the other hosting apps) and follow the instructions to host. From there, follow the above listed instructions.

fwiw, the easiest hosting site I have found in imjur.com....even with that, it will take a little messing around with to get it to work...
