anti-spam websites, that try and make you down load their anti-spam software, that really is just a tool to spam you... here is the thread:

I just made a test post and got the post confirmation screen...no issues on my end. You might have spyware on your PC...have you scanned it recently for spyware?

Same thing happened to me although I did not post but rather was viewing a thread on the poli board. I scan my computer every morning.

I'm on my work PC which is constantly scanned and monitored. This has also happened on my home PC a couple of times.

yo' chicken, I was on my work computer yesterday, and its a gov. computer that has virus scans pretty much all day, and I got the same thing while viewing the OT..
I didn't get a chance to see the website before I closed it, but when the virus scan caught it, it said it was a "downloader" virus.

I think you are confusing spam with spyware.
