Flash Player messing up when viewing pages on TD

This pops up probably every 4 pages on TD I view...any thought?
I've tried messing around in the Flash Player settings and cleared my cookies/cache.

I often get errors from ads running flash on TD as well. This is the only site I get errors like that.
