Download keeps popping

Everytime I open a new page on TD I get what looks like some bogus software update download that opens in a new page. I refuse to download it, but does anyone know how to stop this? I have tried restarting. The web address is
opensoftwareupdater.com

sounds like you have malware on your computer...have you scanned it recently?

Same here on my laptop. The page says something about a webpage forgery. Happening over and over again. I don't think this is a coincidence.
