Does Liking a Post actually do anything

other than for moral support? When you like a post it says, "Thanks for your vote". A vote for what? Brownie points? Raffle for a door prize? A chance to play golf with Steve Spurrier? Nothing?

Admins can see how many of your posts are "liked" and I guess they use that in the post quality reviews
