Deadlock Popup on iPhone / Chrome

I've been hit with this 3 times in the past few days. Only way out, that I can tell, is to delete Chrome and re-install.

You have an iphone? Just double click home button and close out the application. It should go away when you restart chrome. You shouldn't have you completely delete and reinstall.
