Changing email issue

I have been a member here since 2003 and over the course of that time I have bene banned several times :-/ so I have used several different email addresses to create new accounts and over the course of time I have used all of my email addresses up. To create my current/active account I used a work email address but I have left that company and no longer have access to that email.

So here is a synopsis:
1/ I want to change my email address
2/ I don't have any email accounts to use since my primary email address is connected to an account that was banned like 10 years ago (same with my secondary email AND an email I specifically created to create my 3rd TD account like 7 years ago...)

QUESTION:

1/ Can you just un-ban one of my other TD accounts (stickmedia, stickman) OR completely delete one of those accounts so that I can use the old email address?

Any help would be great.
