Ads with Nudity

I was looking for some stock photos the other day for a marketing project - business website content. Now I have a banner ad on this site for Getty Images' iStock photo collection. Along with images of people sitting around a boardroom table, a soccer team, and foreign travel, is a very tasteful but very bare-breasted woman. The image would get someone banned from the site. WTF? Can tigerdroppings control the nature of the ads in its banners?

Isn't it unusual for the ads to contain nudity? I don't surf risque sites at work, so I don't know if that would cause the banners to be filled will obscene ads. But this ad is not even for anything that would be considered blue.
