Why do ads do this shite, (as well as popups, hijacking, etc) ensuring I will never ever use that product/service?

Mobile for me, too. iPhone. When I go to open a thread it opens the thread, but forces you to the bottom with the ad almost full screen.

yeah, there's some ad that flash loads and freezes the desktop site as well. I can't find what's causing it, but basically the screen freezes for a second, and you can't click anything or scroll. Then you have to reload the page to have mouse control again.
