Anyone here have the XLIF back procedure. If so, how did you fair out?

My did has chronic back pain and I did some research on it my conclusion was its something you should only try as a last resort.

I'm there. My doctor is extremely conservative. This is my next venture.

What level? We do mostly PLIFs. Some ALIFs. Depends on the level mostly.

I'm hoping to get L3,L4 and L5 as soon as insurance approves.
