What lifting plan is everyone following these days?

Scheiko?
5x5?
Westside Conjugate?
Wendler?
Doggcrapp?
Daily Undulating Periodization?
Boring but Big?
MaxOT?

Btw: I'm now a Progenex rep. Let me know if you need anything.

Here is a fitness booty for your time:

3 days on, day off, 2 on, day off, repeat. Alternate between high/low rep and weight every 5 weeks for different muscle groups. Try to gain weight.

On week 10 of 5/3/1. Gonna finish out this 4 week cycle and look for another program. Want to get back on an oly lift program.

I do a lot of circuit training. For example:

Day 1: legs and chest
Day 2: back and triceps
Day 3: biceps and shoulder
Days 4-6: repeat muscle groups
Day 7: rest

I'm doing a 3 day split. Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs/Cardio, repeat. I'm doing 5x5 for my bigger lifts.

Greek God Kinobody A & B workouts every other day.

I like hitting every muscle 2 times a week, once is just not enough.

how you liking it? as you progress you might look to cut back to ABA one week then BAB the next.

I love the RPT style programs, it's really a very simplistic approach of compound movements focusing on adding one rep to at least every other set weekly but not jumping too far in the deep end.

Growing up I would always get in the zone with a program and try to progress faster than I should have and would end up burning out and doing something different.

I've kept the same 8 exercises (4 a day) for the last 6 months and each lift has progressed.

That's essentially what I'm doing is 7 workouts over 14 days...at least when I have time.

yea slow and steady over the long haul is how to progress the most. Are you doing squats with it or the exact program?

I do sumo deadlifts on one day and either front squats/leg press the other.
