I used it and it helped me a ton. Suppressed my appetite while not be stimulated. I found that getting it at Costco was the best deal. Took about a week before it really took effect. I lost 85 lbs in a little under a year. Excercised and dieted well while using it.

It's still all about calories.

Healthy eating and exercise is always a must. Be careful with these pills. Some of them have frightening side effects.

Buy her a vitamix.
Make green smoothies for you both before you go to work.
One apple or pear, the rest green leafy vegetables and small piece of ginger. Add small sprig cilantro or basil.

She will lose whatever goal is.

And it is a lifestyle, not a temporary gimmick so she will just get healthier.

My only experience was my dad taking them and swearing they're the reason he lost 25 pounds. Then when we started delving deeper, he also starting walking 4 miles a day and cut out carbs (diabetic). He says it helped lower his appetite.

I laughed internally and let him think the snake oil was worth something.
