I did P90X, X2, X3. All multiple times.

P90X is awesome. Get at it.

X2 is awesome. Basically balance and core.

ETA: X3 is okay. Has some great workouts like The Challenge and Isometrix.

Original and P902 are great. Version 2 really incorporates balance into the workouts so your form has to be perfect and it forces you to use stabilizer muscles like crazy.

Did it and I definitely made gains...my thoughts are that doing anything 6 days a week at that pace will make you stronger though.

I just liked it for the routine to keep me on track.

It made me love and hate yoga.

Yoga should NOT last 90 minutes. And those moves are NOT for beginners. Lol.

Add to that so many up and downward dog switches. I hurt my back 2-3 different times. Just have to accept the fact that you are keeping up with the videos.

BTW German Potato Soup Girl did porn. That news is "Germans" but so is she.

lol what's her name? And yeah I remember loving and hating the yoga. I'd stop it after 45 minutes as that's when I felt like the real yoga part was done, and the random shite after started.

I did p90x and p90x3. P90x was way more effective and is pretty much a guarantee to work if you follow it. P90x3 is easier to follow but the results are relatively equivalent to that 1/3 less time invested most days

Multiple rounds. The original is still the best, even though I hate the 90 minute yoga. Follow the nutrition plan to get best results.

Yep that's it. Annual membership is $99 and you get access to every Beachbody program made. They got a new one out called Shift Shop that's pretty cool.

Do P90x but switch out the too long yoga with Tony Horton Fountain of Youth Yoga - intense but much shorter!
