My old gym finally lost my respect

My snap got a Titan fitness barbell. I have nothing against Titan fitness but this is a commercial gym that is supposed to get nicer stuff. Sad thing is that it is the nicest barbell there....

It's actually a nicer snap. 130s on dumbbells and a power rack.

Yes! Lol. Tell his arse to stop being cheap and get a good water fountain, put tethers on the remotes for the cardio equipment, and get better bars.

Also, I heard they are getting rid of the 45 degree Roman chair along with a few other stuff. I dunno how they deal with equipment but if he wants to part with it....

Why the hate for Snap? They're convenient as hell and you can get a decent workout. I understand if you're some meathead that can only lift if you're with other meatheads screaming and preening. Or if you're a competitive body builder and need more equipment. Or if you have access to a "club". But Most of the Snaps I go to have more

Snap by the country club in Gonzales was my favorite place to work out at. Never crowded, nice equipement, and a great location.
Went in recently to see about restarting my membership and it was crowded like never before. Looks like the clientele went down as well. Use to be older individuals, those with money, and those who came in after shift work. Now a bunch a high school kids and wanna be instagram famous people. Never saw so many cell phones out and people taking videos/photos of each other working out.
Maybe it was just a bad day to go in but damn it turned me off quick.

I never bashed snap. I bashed the person buying non commercial equipment for a commercial gym.

Did you go in after work or during the summer?
I hated summer at my old anytime. I'd go in at 11 to lift before the lunch crowd. During the summer it was packed with stupid arse 20 year olds. The other 9 months out the year it was great.

I tried a free 28 day pass at Snap on Bluebonnet. They didn't have a single barbell in the entire place.
