Is there anywhere besides physical therapists that can identify what imbalances I have and what I need to work on with flexibility?

Like I get sore muscles on my right scapula area, lower back is tight, hips feel tight, and I think I have a pelvic tilt.

If you can find a highly qualified personal trainer, one particularly with a background in functional training and corrective exercise, he or she should be able to conduct some postural assessments to help determine what muscular imbalances you may have. And from there, he or she should be able to design a proper program to work on those deficiencies.

Have you considered deloading and working on your form for a few weeks?

if you truely have flexibility issues, start doing yoga. I will help a ton.

Muscle imbalances can be fixed with single arm/leg work.

I saw a video of some place that was like body designers or something. I cannot remember what it was for the life of me and I can't find it anymore. The video was showing how this fellow couldn't hold his elbow to his side and roll his arm outwards, just a total lack of flexibility. The worker had the guy do something like ab related thing and then poof, the guy could roll his arm out a long ways. It was ridiculous.

I can't remember what this is called, like body sculptors or some grandiose name. Maybe someone here knows what this practice is called.

One of the best ones I do, since I always split jerk on the same leg, is the the Reverse lunge. Shown at the .31second mark

My form is pretty good. I think it might be due to office sitting all the time.

Try searching YouTube. There is a lot of good content about yoga, flexibility, ROM, etc.

look up Julien Pineau with Strongfit. He has some good stuff. He might even have some more in depth stuff for purchase. Like 1 on 1 consultation via skype

I have Kelly's book, building the supple leopard on my google drive if you wanna read it.

Honestly start doing the defranco agile 8 and limber 11 to start with. Then you can move to more of Kelly's moves once you master those.

Sounds like me when I was suffering from APT. Do you arch your back to avoid rounding when deadlifting and squatting?

I don't try to arch. I might have a pelvic tilt that may arch it.
