Congrats to all you guys who kept pushing for a Health/Fitness board

Taking an idea/thread from the OT with a lunch thread

My Lunch:
3rd meal today - 10 oz Grilled Chicken with a mayo/mustard dip, 1 cup broccoli

Subway Sammich.

6" rotisserie chicken on Italian herb and cheese bread with pepper jack cheese, spinach, maters, olives, jalapenos, banana peppers, extra buffalo sauce, and a side of baked BBQ lays.

Fits the last of my macros like a glove.

had my second meal at 10:30 and will eat again around 2.

meal1:
12oz grilled chicken breast and 3oz of brown rice noodles with red bell peppers to form a lo mein with small amounts of soy sauce/oyster sauce/splenda to make a thia flavor.

meal2:
12 oz grilled chicken and quinoa


BTW LSUweights when is the next competition?

I'm a little jelly of your macros. I miss chips sometimes.

6 oz smoked chicken
2 oz white cheddar
diet dr pepper ( I know, its bad, but I have a headache so I dont care today. )

My coach will make the final decision in mid July
Been battling injuries and financial issues
But I just got a new job, starting next month that will hopefully take care of the financial issues
Just have to keep battling through the injuries

I dunno what I'm gonna do tonight. I may do legs but it's so close to back day (deadlifts). I need to start doing them on Mondays and my Deads on fridays.

I like to keep at least two days between legs and back.

And honestly I stopped doing barbell deadlifts. I still do straight leg dumbell deadlifts on leg day but no back deadlifts.
