Has anyone tried Cologuard instead of a dreaded colonoscopy?

Isn't it just a screener?
I had a colonoscopy last year at 33 years old, I was suspected of having ulcerative colitis, polyps were removed but biopsy was negative

Why is it dreaded? I'm 27 and had one a few weeks ago. Completely painless and when you get knocked out it's like you time travelled.

The scope itself is easy peasy. It's that God awful prep.

I'm 46 with family history of colon cancer on both sides. I've had two cousins die from it, one at 45, the other was only 33. I have a colonoscopy every two years, the last two times there were pre-cancerous polyps. It's serious business, just get the scope.

Colonoscope is no big deal and it gives real answers.
