Post your daily workout and Metcons here

Part A:
5 rounds
1.1 deadlift @ 80% (10 seconds btw reps)
Max UB strict pull ups @2111
Max UB strict HSPU
Stop 1 rep before failure
Rest 2 mins

Part B:
AMRAP 7 minutes
20 thrusters 95lbs
20 bar facing burpees
15 thrusters 95lbs
15 bar facing burpees

3 bar MU
5 strict HSPU
12 min time cap
