I do one ounce with a lemon wedge and one garlic clove. Blood pressure is now 122/71

It helps w/ bloating but it's just the newest fad. If you aren't watching what you're eating and exercising, don't even bother.

Not really for the diet part, but I have become a fan of Tim Ferriss' recipe of 1T ACV + 1T Honey + decaf tea before bed. Much easier to down this way.

I take 1/3 cup out of a 20 oz. bottle of water and add 1/8 cup Bragg's ACV, 1/8 cup fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice, 1/8 cup stevia extract and 1 teaspoon cinnamon three times a day.
It will clean you out initially. I started doing it for the puported health benefits but I've grown to like it and drink it as a substitute for a sweet snack.
ETA: I drink 10 oz. 3 times a day.
