Anyone follow Matt Ogus?

I bought his e-book recently and am about to begin the program (7/5/3) but was curious if anyone had any recommendations or advice about it. I follow him all over social media, love his claims about "being natty" when it's clear he isn't, but regardless, he seems to know his stuff.

Exactly, I dunno if he knows his shite or is just good at faking it but he seems like a complete douche and isn't a no BS guy. I only like no ba guys like Johnny pain, wendler, dave Tate,daunte trudal, skip hill, martin berkham etc

I'm a big fan of Von Moger, Guzman seems like a nice guy but something about him just makes me feel like he comes off as a big douche.

Yeah Von Moger is probably my favorite out of the two. The beef he had with Bradley Martyn was pretty entertaining to watch unfold lol.

Granted he's still popular as hell and just opened his own gym, his stock took a MAJOR hit after all of that came out. It was beautiful to watch and well deserved as he seems to be a massive prick behind the scenes.

He's just ripping off wendler et al. Got busted lying about steroids and with g4p. I didn't realize he was still around
