In a duel for the ages, Henrik Stenson blistered Royal Troon for a final-round 63 and bested Phil Mickelson by three shots on Sunday to win the 145th Open. In the process, Stenson broke Greg Norman’s record for the lowest four-day total in an Open and tied Jason Day's mark for the lowest score in relation to par in a major championship. Here’s what happened on one of the most entertaining Sundays in Open history:

Honestly millers 63 is the best. He played real golf courses. These kids today play courses where you can drive par fours and reach par 5s in two with irons .. It's almost like putt putt

Happy Father's Day btw

Royal Troof isn't a real golf course?

Stenson's 63 is the best ever. That was the greatest round of golf ever televised, ever.

Happy Father's Day to you too, baw. What are y'all gonna eat?

Royal Troon is a great course but it is not Oakmont which is where Miller shot 63. Just my opinion.

You are probably right, Net. I wouldn't know because thanks to WDSU I didn't get to watch the "greatest golf round ever" last year.

But I know all about the Baton Rouge cop killer

Jack vs Tom at Pebble Beach still holds that title.

Johnny gonna Johnny...

“A 63 for a par 72 is a heck of a score,” Miller said, “even if it was the Milwaukee Open.”
