I'm in need of a new bag, I currently have a red Titleist carry/stand bag. I'm in the market for a cart bag that isn't too big or bulky. What are the newest bags that fit what I'm looking for?

I've tried to like the 14 divider bags but they never worked out for me. I like the Jones Golf Bag they are a little on the heavy side so when flying you have to watch how much stuff you try and put in your travel bag.

IMO Ping makes the best carry bag on the market. They make a Hoofer (5 way top) or the Hoofer 14 (14 way top). The Ping 4 series is very good as well, just doesn't have all the frills of the Hoofer. There isn't a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) on Ping bags, which means retailers can sell them for whatever price they want. You will definitely be able to find a lower price online than in a retail store.

I have the Callaway Chev carry bag and have zero issues.

I've been looking at the Jones Bag, but not the stand version. Have you tried that one?

I agree. I have a sun mountain swift stand bag and do like it, but I have had 3 PING Hoofer bags in the past and loved them. May have to look at getting one again.

My Titleist stand bag won't allow my putter in the bag with the 3.0 grip. I assume all new model bags accommodate for the oversized putter grip

The Ping's putter slot wasn't quite big enough for my grip. SunMountatin has plenty of room, but I liked the Ping better overall.
