I played them years ago. Not a bad area in general.

Played Ponce de Leon two summers ago. Shot an 82 or 83. We actually stayed on hole 5 which was pretty cool.
The course was in pretty good shape. The fairways were cut really short and they were soft. The rough wasn't all that bad and I was in it quite a bit. Greens read and played true. I'd play the course again. I think it only cost me $25 cart included since I was a guest to HSV. Had I known that from day 1, I would have played a lot more golf.
Really wanted to check out Isabella since we had to drive past it each time we entered/left and the fairway that was near the road was just so wide open. I was sure I could hit one OB if I caught it right.

Anything in particular you want to know?
No, Just stating that its a fantastic place to play golf. Usually we take a family vacation up there to go golfing and such for 1 week a year but my grandparents havent been doing well.
Which course is your favorite? Which one do you dislike the most? I've never played diamante. How is it?
Diamante is not a Village course. Seperate entity, private. Hate Granada - impossible to recover from a bad tee shot. Love Magellan and Balboa, but all the courses are nice and usually well maintained except for some reason a lot of players there don't repair ball marks on greens. Greens are very good- good bit of break but smooth.
Do NOT plan on going if it has rained that week or rain is imminent. You will be on cart path

Is it open to the general public?
If you are staying on property, yes. If not, you need to be a guest of an owner.
I used to own a condo on the 7th hole of Balboa. Lost it in the divorce.
