A Pep Boys and a music store. Money is no object for their expansion.

Will soon own all property between old and new Berckmans Road.

You gotta include a round of golf and a couple lifetime passes to the Masters in the negotiations.

Our service manager owned his house on the side of Augusta while he worked at The golf course as their head mechanic. This was years back when they basically bought the entire neighborhood. My service manager bought the house for 120k and Augusta National bought it for over a million. There had to be over 50 houses in that neighborhood according to our service manager. All that land is now a parking lot.

a new putt putt course?

It will be steeped in tradition immediately:

Snead's windmill
Nicklaus' clown mouth

a putt putt like no other

Most of the area around Augusta is shitty. Hard to believe they have to pay that much.

Yes the area is shitty. But it's valuable shite because of the club. And knowing that Augusta National wants your property very badly vastly increases it's value.

I feel like Augusta National is a vampire which sucks the niceness out of anything surrounding the course. This is the only way something so nice is surrounded by something so horrible.

Additional parking. It's adjacent to all their other parking space.

New broke last year they were buying the 9th hole at Augusta Country Club to possibly lengthen 13.

Since it's the Masters, I'm guessing it's either a sniff your on farts field, or a suck your own dick lot. Or maybe both. Whatever it is, Jim Nantz will let you know repeatedly how great it is.
