Xbox download speeds

I'm updating Witcher 3 to play the most recent update and noticed my download speeds are suddenly far worse than they used to be. I'm averaging 1.5 Mb/s, even though when I go to my network settings and check my connection I'm registering 70+ Mb/s. Anyone have an idea why the download is so slow or what I can do to fix it?

Think it is a Xbox Live issue right now. Mine is also miserable right now for some reason.

Hopefully they haven't gone the PS Network route. On the PSN, Sony has the speeds capped on their end which causes everything to DL slow as frick.

I dk what is going on. Mine is never this slow normally.

Mine has been slow as molasses for a few days now, too.
