Anyone know how to add a family member once I've signed up for the family account?

im on the xbox website, and its telling me to go to settings/family/add acount
but add account doesnt show up as an option for me.. just the content controls

Go to the social tab and sign out of the one you're on and afterwards there should be an option to create a new account. If I remember right. Look it up on YouTube if that doesn't work
