re: World of Warcraft: What's everyone doing until expac drops?

I'll say that it's possible, but I'm just not accustomed to a Blizzard launch that doesn't involve mass chaos. It's a little sad to see only 5-6 servers at Heavy to Full status at prime time on launch day of a new expansion. Server capacity increase or not, it just feels like this game has attracted fewer returning players than previous expansions.

The mobs in Legion are a lot stronger that what I am used to. Even some single mobs can almost kill me, and I just don't have a lot of recourse for dealing with more than a single mob at a time. I instant lvled another hunter to 100 to play on a different server with a friend of mine. The gear they give you is crap which might have something to do with it, but I've probably died 5-6 times in the first area I went to.

I don't yet know how I like the Artifact system. It sounds cool on paper, but it locks you into using one weapon and really penalizes you for playing more than one spec. On my hunter in particular, I don't see how MM is a viable spec for solo content, but maybe I just need to swap out some talents for solo vs dungeon.

Yah it's running pretty smoothly. Hope this expansion stays exciting.
