Where to get a PS4

So a guy from gamestop told me they are getting some for black Friday and that if I put the console on layaway I would get priority. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

GameStop does layaway? Hm. I might have to look into that. After I beat GTA I was thinking about trading my 360 in towards a PS4. Saw they're giving and xtra 30% (40% for power members) if you trade up to a New system

Sony reiterated again today that there will be no shortage this holiday season.
Have heard both Walmart and GS will have them to sell on Black Friday, some held back stock, others getting more stock in.

I had already confirmed this a few days after the launch. My cousin is a regional manager for Walmart and they had been told that there would be no shortage because Sony doesn't want this to be like the Wii, ebay scams, overinflated prices, etc.
