LINK

I am definitely going with this processor, but I am not sold on a specific motherboard. I thought this was cheap for a Sabertooth, and the other boards I was considering were Z87s.

LINK - same mobo $198 shipped on ebay

LINK - 4670k $239 on ebay.

Total: under $440

EDIT: Nevermind, i see you changed the link after I looked it up eBay doesn't beat that deal. Why do you need a motherboard of that caliber?

yea I didn't link properly the first time... I just have such a hard time pulling the trigger on a mobo. I don't know enough to know if it really matters.

Yeah, I wanted to ask why you are going for Sabertooth or any motherboard of that caliber.

i too thought about the sabertooth because of the five year warranty, but with the cycles refreshing like they are you are more likely to upgrade mobo, chipset, cpu before the end of the 3 year standard warranty. I don't feel like you get that many more features with the TUF series in regards to OC.

Do you crossfire/SLI? Do you overclock at all and if so a lot?

I don't now, but I may in the future... I just thought that was a fairly good deal. I think I am going to end up getting a Gigabyte mobo and 7950

Looks like there are a few motherboards to choose from. I'd get the ASRock without a doubt. $335 for the combo.

That's what my cousin ordered a few days ago. It will be the first time he will use an ASrock board. I have never used that brand, so I don't know if they are a quality board or not.

Yes, because that ASRock board was a good deal already at $170. It rivals the features and OCing ability of the $190-200 boards.
