I do own and plan to own PSs for some games which might be released. I'm a fan of tech and hardware before games anyway.
Also having Zen and a Polaris GPU are really interesting.

Ps4.5 is rumored to be a little faster cpu with a little more memory bandwidth. I get the tech interest but it's just going to be so incremental.

The CPU yes, but not GPU.
GPU is a damn leap based on the leaked specs.
EDT: Plus I'm hoping it makes the menus a little more responsive. They are so laggy and slow in the current state.
This is a huge bump in performance.
AMD GCN, 18 CUs @ 800 MHz to AMD GCN+, 36 CUs @ 911MHz
1152 SPs ~ HD 7870 equiv. to 2304 SPs ~ R9 390 equiv.
Memory 8GB GDDR5 @ 176 GB/s to 8GB GDDR5 @ 218 GB/s

I heard something about a cod 4 remake that comes when you pre-order the next iteration of modern warfare.
